BILLINGS, Mont.- The Independent Collegiate Athletic Association (ICAA) released their annual volleyball all-conference team on Wednesday with four Sailfish players being recognized including senior setter Emily Ryerson being tagged as the ICAA Setter of the Year for the second consecutive season. Fellow senior Brittany Erickson also repeated as 1st-Team selection.

BOCA RATON, Fla.- Not only did the Palm Beach Atlantic University men’s basketball team earn their first victory of the season on Wednesday evening, but they also registered their first ever victory for the men’s basketball program against Lynn University.  The Fish utilized a solid shooting performance in the second-half against the Fighting Knights as they went on to claim victory by a final score of 80-67. 

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- With excitement brewing after a season-opening win over St. Thomas University on Saturday afternoon, the Palm Beach Atlantic University women’s basketball team got a rude awakening on Wednesday as Rollins College stormed past the Sailfish by a final score of 76-44.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.-Hitting the road for their final cross country meet of the season at the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) National Championship, four PBA runners joined head coach Staci LaForte as they traveled to Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio.

MONTEVALLO, Ala.- Despite an improved shooting effort in their second contest of the season, the Palm Beach Atlantic University men’s basketball team was unable to get a big basket down the stretch as they were defeated 76-68 by the University of North Alabama in the final game for both teams in the University of Montevallo Coca Cola Classic.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- In front of a nice crowd on Saturday afternoon, the Palm Beach Atlantic University women’s basketball team got their 2008-2009 season off in the right direction as they took down a pesky St. Thomas University squad by a final score of 58-51.

CEDARVILLE, Ohio- Undoubtedly up against the most challenging weather conditions they’ve faced all season, two Palm Beach Atlantic University men’s cross country runners stood up against some of the toughest competition they’ve seen all season as they traveled to Cedarville, Ohio for the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) National Championship.

CEDARVILLE, Ohio- Having been used to running the past few months outside day after day in warm weather temperatures, it was quite the adjustment for the Palm Beach Atlantic University women’s cross country team as they traveled to Cedarville, Ohio for the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) National Championship this weekend.

MONTEVALLO, Ala.- Hitting the road for a season opening tournament at the University of Montevallo Coca-Cola Classic, the Palm Beach Atlantic University men’s basketball team never quite got in a groove and came away disappointed in their 2008-2009 debut with an 86-66 defeat on Saturday evening to the host Falcons.
